MyCampingSupply.com will add freight charges to the customer's invoice for all orders during checkout. All rates are figure by total weight of your order and match UPS standard ground rates 2010. Add contents to cart then enter your address during checkout to view normal ground shipping charges.
My Camping Supply ships by UPS, USPS, FEDEX and numerous carriers for larger orders. Unless otherwise specified, orders will be shipped by standard UPS Ground service. Please note that certain product/s that is classified HAZMAT or ORMD will not be shipped by air under any circumstances.
At this time we do not offer shipment outside the continental U.S.
Customers must obtain a Return Authorization # before attempting to return any merchandise to My Camping Supply. Certain Manufacturers insist on defective or damaged merchandise being returned directly to them, so you need to check with us first. We will not accept any returned merchandise without a valid RA#. To obtain an RA #, contact us at email@example.com and a customer service representative will give you an RA # that must be clearly indicated on the outside of the return parcel, as well as on any paperwork.
Return Auth # Required
My Camping Supply will not be obligated to accept any returns of product submitted more than 60 days after shipment of such products to customer, excluding returns of defective product. RA #'s have a validity period of 30 days from the date of issue.
Non-defective merchandise returned to My Camping Supply for any reason other than a mis-ship of product will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Product must be received by us in original condition and within 30 days of our shipping date, or it cannot be accepted for return.
