"My Camping Supplies" neither stores nor ships out your products. This is handled by the wholesaler or the drop shipper that carries the items you have purchased. So you can imagine this can be very busy work for "My Camping Supplies" but we do not want to cause any problems as far as your end is concerned. Where the drop shipper provides us with a shipping and handling cost, we pass it on to you without adding any additional markup. Where the drop shipper does not use a particular carrier. We will try to have that item shipped to you in the least expensive way possible and that is reflected in the shipping and handling price we have listed. We do not try to make any profit from shipping and handing. In fact, sometimes we may lose some money on a particular product to get it to you in the least expensive manner.
Return Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product, please contact us by email before sending the item back. Since we deal with outside sources we will need to send you proper instructions on how and where to return items. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your item, if you intend to return it. Please give us 48 hours to respond to you. We need to hear from you as soon as possible, if you intend to return an item. Be advised shipping cost are non refundable for undelivered, unclaimed, returned, and refused packages, unless the error is our fault. When returning an item, please make sure to use the original packaging with all accessories and owners manuals. Keep your shipping records as proof of shipment in the event of loss of returned merchandise. You may wish to insure your returned product. Some of our sources have a 15 - 30% restocking fee on non-damaged items that are returned in resalable condition. Please send a copy of the original shipping receipts with your items. Once again for your convenience, please contact us promptly about any item you wish to return. So we can replace, refund or credit you in the quickest and most agreeable terms possible. We never want to have an unsatisfied customer and will try our best to attend to your every need.
